  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
  • International customers are given an extension to the 30-day deadline based on shipping transit times.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Sales are final for certain items and cannot be returned or exchanged, including AllStuff420® gift cards, e-gift certificates, consumable or intimate items, and clearance merchandise.
  • Make sure your returned merchandise is accompanied by our Returns and Exchanges form, fully filled out to avoid processing delays. For copy of that form, click here.

Return for Refund

  • We will credit refunds for returned items back to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return request has been processed.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

For Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, simply follow the same guidelines as for returns.
  • We will charge or credit your original payment method for any difference in merchandise price when processing the exchange.
  • Please be aware that return shipping costs, as well as new shipping charges for the exchanged product(s), are your responsibility.
  • While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that the exchanged merchandise will be available immediately. We’ll contact you in such cases, and if we can’t reach you, we’ll refund your original payment method.

International Exchanges

  • For international exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item(s) you desire and returning the original merchandise to us for a refund.
  • We will credit your fund back to your original payment method.
  • We’ll notify you via email once we process your return.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

  • If you receive damaged/defective merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving it at the address below so we can make things right.
